Eligibility

Gameplay Rules

We provide a free guessing game that refreshes regularly. You agree to play fairly and to avoid any actions that could harm the Site or other players.

• Do not attempt to access restricted areas, reverse engineer, or disrupt server performance.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape, cheat, or abuse the gameplay experience.

User Content and Feedback

If you send us ideas, feedback, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, reproduce, and share that content for any purpose related to the Site.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

Clash Royale is a trademark of Supercell. Clash Royale Wordle is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Supercell.

All original code, text, and media on the Site are owned by Clash Royale Wordle or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Services

The Site may include links to or integrations with third-party services such as Google AdSense. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

Your interactions with any third-party service are solely between you and that service provider.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clash Royale Wordle and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the Site.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed fifty US dollars (US $50).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of courts located in Delaware for any disputes related to the Site.
